MO3 is a file format that encapsulates diverse "MOD" formats (IT, XM, S3M, MTM, MOD) with an essential quality: it compresses MP3 and OGG files. It also incorporates a codec without losing quality and also compresses the whole file structure. With MO3 Encoder you can use any MP3 or OGG codifier that works via the command line.



All this enables you to notably reduce the size of he files, conserving almost the same sound quality as the original. The MP3 and OGG codification works better with 16-bits, so you don´t need to use 8-bits.
